I have given presentations and hosted webinars several times over the years, most often for The Difference is You professional training event, which is organized by the Indiana State Library’s Professional Development Committee to provide training sessions for library support staff. 

 

In 2016, my session was called All Google All the Time, which highlighted various free Google products that may be helpful internally for staff or with patrons. My presentation and notes from this are included below.

 

In 2017, I presented Wix Wizardry: Creating Free Websites in a Flash. Rather than use traditional slides, I put together a simple website using Wix tools for this session, which was subsequently turned into a webinar by the Indiana State Library. In 2020 and 2021, I collaborated on a presentation about strategies for teaching technology intuition, which is such an overlooked part of developing digital literacy skills. I spearheaded the slide creation for this presentation and it is one of my favorites; see below.
